ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES: You may request to cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchase but no time after that will a cancellation request be accepted.
We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges. Period. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
If you are missing an item or an item broken during shipment, please send an emailed photo of your packing slip to prismclayco@gmail.com along with what's missing or broken WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER and we will get a replacement sent asap. If you do not let us know within that allotted time, we are not responsible for replacement.
If you are NOT within the USA and received your package with a broken cutter, I will refund the cost of the cutter once a photo of broken cutter is received. Email photos to prismclayco@gmail.com We will no longer send replacements free of charge.
PROCESSING TIME: 3-7 business days within the US and 1-4 weeks if its International. During the holiday season or collections launches it may take a few days longer.
Please consider the weekend and holidays.
All items will be shipped via First Class Mail unless otherwise selected during checkout.
Once your order has left my possession and entered the possession of the US Postal Service or other shipping providers, I am no longer responsible for the order. Please contact USPS or the relevant shipping provider for any questions or updates concerning your package. You will need the tracking number provided by Prism Jewelry Co. via e-mail when you purchased your item. If you do not enter an e-mail when purchasing your items, we have no way to automatically send you this information. If you do not enter an e-mail and you need your tracking number, you can e-mail us at prismclayco@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist. There are no guarantees that we can give you a tracking number once it has left our hands.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Our packages are sent out with a tracking # and if you provided an email address with your order, you will receive that tracking information as soon as the shipping label is created. If your item has been lost or stolen, please reach out to me at prismclayco@gmail.com and we can discuss your options.
If package is returned to sender due to incorrect package/address details, buyer is responsible to pay for reshipment.
Please note that by choosing express shipping at checkout relates to transit times ONLY.
100% of shipping costs, to you, goes directly to USPS or the shipping company you chose during check out. I do not profit off of shipping costs.
Our processing time will remain the same despite the shipping service you choose.
International Customers: Please note that international buyers are responsible for any custom duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country. I am not responsible for delays or additional chargers caused by customs. I also do not issue refunds for refused packages due to these fees.
