Refund policy


ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES: Once an order is place, we do not accept cancellations. If you need to change your order by adding something to it, please email us at prismclayco@gmail.com and we can make arrangements to add items to your open order.

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges. Period. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If you are missing an item or an item broken during shipment, please send an emailed photo of your packing slip to prismclayco@gmail.com along with what's missing or broken WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER and we will get a replacement sent asap. If you do not let us know within that allotted time, we are not responsible for replacement. 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY PACKAGE & ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

First and foremost, if you received something damaged, please hang onto the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled. Take photos that clearly show the extent of damage as it will help with your case. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later. Please do not reship the package. 

Send a detailed email to prismclayco@gmail.com along with your name, order number and all photos taken.

If a claim is filed because some or all of the contents are missing or damaged, the addressee must retain the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging, and any contents received. Upon written request by the USPS®, the addressee must make this proof available to the local Post Office® for inspection, retention, and disposition in accordance with the claims decision. Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim.

If you are NOT within the USA and received your package with a broken cutter, I will refund the cost of the cutter once a photo of broken cutter is received. Email photos to prismclayco@gmail.com We will no longer send replacements free of charge. 

International Customers: I do not cover any import fees. Custom fees and VAT tax will be your responsibility otherwise customs will not release your package.
